CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best experience and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that first-time clients pay a deposit upon booking. This deposit is applied to your total balance at the time of your appointment. However, in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, as long as it’s done in advance, your deposit will carry over to your new appointment date.
